1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and cucirm ("cucirm", "we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the cucirm website located at cucirm.win, including all content, functionality, services, and products offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the cucirm platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise engaging with any part of the cucirm Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the cucirm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the cucirm platform. Continued use of the Services following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the cucirm platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. cucirm strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the cucirm platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. cucirm does not represent or warrant that the Services are appropriate or available for use in all locations.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) cucirm account. Opening multiple accounts for the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order. If you have previously self-excluded from cucirm or any affiliated platform, you must not attempt to register a new account.

cucirm reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bill, or bank statement, in order to verify your identity, age, and address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of cucirm Services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and Malaysian mobile phone number.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cucirm account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify cucirm immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cucirm shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

cucirm accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any third party to access or use your cucirm account on your behalf, whether for commercial purposes or otherwise. Any such arrangement constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC)

cucirm operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme consistent with international gaming authority standards. You may be required to complete identity verification ("KYC") before your first withdrawal is processed, or at any time cucirm deems appropriate. KYC requirements may include submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the cucirm platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cucirm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels (subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits as published on the platform from time to time):

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• FPX Instant Transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other participating banks)
• Such other payment methods as cucirm may make available

Deposits are credited to your cucirm wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes; processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and prevailing system conditions.

4.1 Anti-Money Laundering

cucirm is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering ("AML") monitoring. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to make deposits on the account ("source of funds" rule), unless otherwise approved by cucirm's compliance team. cucirm reserves the right to freeze, delay, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be related to fraudulent or criminal activity, and to report such activity to relevant authorities.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are published on the cucirm platform. These limits are subject to change without prior notice. High-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.

5. Betting Rules

Bets placed on the cucirm platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, Virtual Casino, E-Sports). These product-specific rules, together with these Terms, govern the settlement of all bets. In the event of any conflict, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the relevant product.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cucirm does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where permitted under applicable product rules (e.g., cash-out features where available).
• cucirm reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error, whether caused by human error or a technical fault in the pricing system.
• Winnings from voided bets will be refunded to your cucirm wallet at the amount staked, with no profit payable.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event or game, the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body or the game's certified RNG audit trail (for casino games) shall be final and binding.
• cucirm reserves the right to limit the stakes or winnings of any customer at its sole discretion.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

cucirm may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional offers to eligible customers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods.

Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing lay bets to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising risk, or participating in bonus-abuse syndicates — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cucirm reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any winnings derived from abuse of promotional offers, and to close the account of any customer found to have engaged in such activity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cucirm platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without prior written consent from cucirm;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that manipulates or attempts to manipulate the outcome of any event;
• Using inside information or information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the cucirm platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cucirm staff or other platform users.

cucirm reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all account balances in cases involving fraud or criminal activity, and report relevant information to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the cucirm platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of cucirm or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The cucirm name, logo, and associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the Operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cucirm platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of cucirm.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cucirm, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the cucirm platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

cucirm's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your cucirm account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cucirm provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. cucirm makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the platform.

10. Responsible Gaming

cucirm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that support players who may be at risk of developing a gambling-related problem. cucirm strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all cucirm customers via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your cucirm wallet.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, you may not register a new account on the cucirm platform.

cucirm will not reverse a self-exclusion at your request during the nominated exclusion period. If you believe gambling is negatively impacting your life, please use these tools or contact our support team. Gambling should be entertainment only. 🔞 21+ only.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

cucirm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity on the account;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request relating to the account;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or longer (dormant account).

You may close your cucirm account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your cucirm wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cucirm is licensed and regulated by international gaming authorities.

In the event of a dispute between you and cucirm, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution process specified by the relevant gaming authority or an independent alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") provider approved by the Operator.

13. Amendments to These Terms

cucirm reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cucirm will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the cucirm platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.
